Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate Inspections: Schedule and manage all inspection activities, ensuring they are conducted on time and meet all regulatory and company standards.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all inspections, including reports, certificates, and any follow-up actions required.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all inspection processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies.</li><li>Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for inspectors, clients, and internal teams regarding inspection activities and requirements.</li><li>Issue Resolution: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies found during inspections, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them promptly.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of inspection activities.</li><li>Training: Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders on inspection procedures and compliance requirements.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inspection activities, findings, and status updates to management.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any discipline.</li><li>Experience: 3 &ndash; 5 years of experience in inspection coordination within the oil, gas, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizers, or related industry, including quality inspection services.</li></ul>Knowledge:<ul><li>Good experience in vendor or TPI (Third Party Inspection) inspection coordination and job scheduling for inspectors in UAE &amp; worldwide inspections.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in using inspection management software and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data effectively.</li></ul>Attributes:<ul><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preference: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in third-party inspection companies.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected salary (OMR)?</li></ul>
