About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Engineer (Inspection) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property and equipment inspections, delivering accurate valuations, and maintaining the highest professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Valuation Analysis: Conduct detailed valuations using sales comparison, cost, and income approaches to ensure precise property assessments.
• Timely Reporting: Prepare and deliver valuation reports on schedule with 100% accuracy.
• Client Consultation: Communicate findings to clients, including homeowners, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders. Address their queries professionally.
• Compliance: Keep up-to-date with RERA and local regulations, ensuring all appraisals meet legal and industry standards.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and ethical conduct. Follow best practices to ensure objectivity and avoid conflicts of interest.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in inspection or valuation.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
