INSPECTOR

Doha, Qatar

BSc/Diploma in Civil Engineering & MMUP Grade C.
8-10 years in site supervision of building projects.
Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Must have own transportation for site visits.
Review civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for steel and reinforced concrete structure building projects.
Establish and maintain documented procedures to control and verify contractor designs.
Review drawing and material submittals, recommending approval or comments.
Conduct formal documented reviews of contractor proposals and designs.
Ensure all design changes and modifications are identified, documented, reviewed, and submitted for approval.
Conduct site investigations and preliminary studies to assess technical requirements and feasibility.
