Inspector (Electrical)

To install, inspect, test, and ensure compliance of electrical systems and installations, while maintaining safety standards and supporting timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and testing of electrical systems as per project requirements
• Inspect electrical works to ensure compliance with approved standards and specifications
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and resolve technical issues on-site efficiently
• Ensure all electrical installation activities comply with safety regulations and procedures
• Work closely with site teams to ensure timely completion of electrical works
• Monitor installation progress and report any deviations or technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of electrical installation activities, testing, and inspections
• Ensure proper handling and implementation of LV (Low Voltage) electrical systems

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Relevant hands-on electrical installation experience

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical installation work
• Experience in LV electrical systems installation and testing preferred
• Field experience in troubleshooting electrical systems

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of electrical installation practices
• Experience in LV systems (lighting, distribution boards, wiring, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently
• Good understanding of safety regulations in electrical work
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team coordination and communication skills
