We’re Hiring: Instagram Executive

Location:

• DHA Phase V, Karachi
• Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is looking for a creative and performance-driven Instagram Executive who knows how to grow followers, increase engagement, and generate real leads through Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our Instagram account strategically
• Plan and execute content calendars (Reels, Posts, Stories)
• Create engaging and viral content aligned with trends
• Increase followers, reach, engagement, and conversions
• Generate qualified leads through Instagram
• Monitor insights, analytics, and optimize performance
• Stay updated with latest Instagram trends, features, and algorithm changes
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and growing Instagram pages
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm and growth strategies
• Ability to create content (ideas, captions, hooks, basic creatives)
• Knowledge of Reels, hashtags, engagement tactics, and audience targeting
• Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and creative thinking skills
• Result-oriented mindset (focus on leads, not just likes)
