Social Media Manager (Instagram) – Part-Time / Freelancer

Hours: Flexible/Part-time with potential to expand to full-time

About Jooser:

Jooser is an innovative Mobile EV charging company changing how people charge on the go. We’re looking for an Instagram Social Media Manager to elevate our visual identity and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage Jooser’s Instagram content calendar (feed, stories, reels)
• Develop visually consistent and engaging content aligned with our brand aesthetic
• Manage influencer and UGC partnerships for cross-promotion
• Run sponsored ad campaigns to increase reach and conversions
• Analyze performance and optimize content strategy

Requirements:

• Experience growing brand Instagram accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, reels strategy, and visual branding
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools
• Experience running ads and influencer collaborations
• Excellent copywriting and community management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Work Location: Remote
