Install Manager (Windows, Doors, Wrap)

Overview:
The Installed Sales Window Manager is responsible for the supervision of all installed window projects. The Window Manager is also responsible for coordinating/scheduling labor and material needs with the Sales Staff, Store Management, Coordinators and Independent Subcontractors working on 84 Lumber Projects. In the Florida Market, this position is also referred to as a ‘Walker’.

Responsibilities:
Installing Trim

Training Installers

Monitoring Safety Standards

Overseeing the Maintenance of all Equipment

Assisting with Estimating

Qualifications:
Invoicing and POS Systems

Inventory System

Read Blueprints

Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos, write simple correspondence and effectively present information to others one-on-one

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing, oral, diagram or schedule form
