POSITION SUMMARY
Konecranes Nuclear Equipment & Services is the leading worldwide supplier of lifting equipment for the nuclear power industry. For over 80 years, we have been dedicated to improving the efficiency and performance of the businesses we serve. Key to our success is our commitment to provide products and services people can trust. As the Installation Coordinator, you will perform office and field activities including quoting/estimating, project contract execution, labor and resource planning, safety planning, customer satisfaction, field operative productivity, material requisition/preparation, vehicle and equipment management. Our installation team consists of office personnel and remote field service employees. This role supports the field service employees in all aspects of their remote work as listed in the responsibilities below. Our field service employees depend on the Installation Coordinator to help them execute successful equipment installations for our customers!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent required. An Associate's degree in Industrial Electrical/Mechanical Technology or related field or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in installation of overhead material handling equipment and nuclear experience is a plus
TRAVEL: Overnight and extended travel to customer locations is required on a global basis
