Installation Engineer

• Install and configure home automation devices such as lighting controllers, sensors, AV systems, smart switches, dimmers, hubs, and network equipment.
• Conduct wiring, device mounting, panel configuration, and system integration as per project specifications.
• Ensure proper setup and compatibility between IoT devices, gateways, and mobile applications.
  

• Perform functional testing of all installed systems and verify performance.
• Diagnose issues related to connectivity, device pairing, automation logic, and integration.
• Provide quick rectification on-site or coordinate with internal technical teams for advanced support.
  

• Explain system features, mobile app usage, automation scenes, and maintenance guidelines to clients.
• Communicate fluently and confidently in Hindi to ensure clear understanding for customers and site teams.
• Gather client feedback and provide courteous, professional service.
  

• Coordinate with project managers, electricians, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Verify site readiness, material availability, and installation quality.
• Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with company installation guidelines.
  

• Mandatory Hindi natural speaker for field and client interaction.
• Strong hands-on experience with home automation, networking, IoT devices, or low-voltage systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, layout plans, and connection schematics.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi setup, IP configuration, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and on-site problem-solving skills.
• Professional customer handling and presentation skills.
  

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in home automation, system integration, field installation, or similar areas.
