Job Title: Installation Manager

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 Salary, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, some eveningsweekends required

Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm

Position Overview:

  • Oversee all Plumbing and HVAC Installation operations, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Monitor daily and weekly schedules to ensure efficient resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with the Service and Maintenance Manager to ensure a steady flow of leads from the service department team.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct field visits to observe project progress and address issues proactively.
  • Identify inefficiencies in installation workflows and implement solutions to improve productivity.
  • Train team members to identify and act on sales opportunities and processes.
  • Support supervisors in resolving complex technical and customer service challenges.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to establish best practices for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor labor and material budgets to ensure the profitability of the department.
  • Working daily in Service Titan; our cloud-based CRM.

Performance Metrics

  • Timely and on-budget completion of installation projects.
  • High customer satisfaction ratings and minimal escalations.
  • Reduction in callbacks and warranty claims.
  • Efficient scheduling and resource allocation across teams.
  • Increased revenue through additional sales opportunities identified during installations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in both Plumbing and HVAC installations
  • 5 + years of management/leadership experience within the service industry
    • HVAC / Plumbing / Electrical / Construction / etc.
  • NATE Certifications (Core, AC Install, Air Distribution, Gas Heat).
  • Extensive knowledge of Plumbing and HVAC systems, tools, installation processes, and codes.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Experience managing multiple teams across departments
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced customer service and follow-up skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in-Service Titan, Excel, Word and Google Suite of Tools.
  • Experience in managing multiple teams across departments.
