Installation Manager

Step up from installer to leader

We’re looking for a highly experienced window treatment installer who’s ready to run jobs, lead a team, and set the standard.

This role is earned through experience. Your team should respect your knowledge because you’ve done the work at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and run installation schedules
• Lead and develop a team of installers
• Be on job sites to ensure quality and pace
• Step into installs when needed (complex jobs, training)
• Solve problems and keep jobs on track

Who This Is For

• 5+ years window treatment installation experience (required)
• Someone others naturally look to for guidance on job sites
• Ready to step into leadership and take ownership
• Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented

Work Structure

• Field-based leadership role
• Typical schedule: 40–45 hours/week
• Success = strong team, smooth installs, less reliance on you over time

Compensation & Benefits

• $45/hour + overtime (1.5x)
• ~$100K–$120K total depending on hours
• Paid time off and holidays
• Health benefits (if applicable)

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on window treatment installation experience
• Proven high-level installation skill
• Experience guiding or training others preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Willing to travel throughout New England
