Installation Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Installation Operations Manager will oversee the daily activities of site engineers and installation managers, ensuring smooth coordination of projects, monitoring productivity, and generating performance reports. The role requires a strong leader who can manage teams from the office, align site schedules with the project coordinator, and occasionally visit project sites when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage site engineers and installation managers, ensuring accountability and productivity from each site.
• Monitor site activities, meetings, and project progress, providing timely reports to management.
• Work closely with the Project Coordinator to schedule site work and align resources effectively.
• Collect and analyze productivity data from sites, preparing detailed performance and progress reports.
• Ensure installation quality and timelines are met by holding the team accountable for their deliverables.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the installation team, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth communication between office and site.
• Conduct site visits occasionally to validate progress, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Act as the central point of control for installation operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency across all projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, operations, or site installation within the flooring/interior/fit-out industry.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent reporting, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and scheduling.
• Flexibility to visit sites when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
