We’re expanding our Installation Department and looking for a Service Coordinator who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping projects moving from start to finish.

This position serves as the operational hub connecting customers, field technicians, and the permitting department, ensuring all work orders move accurately and efficiently through every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bulk installation work orders from sales order through project completion.
  • Communicate with customers about scheduling, progress, and compliance milestones.
  • Work closely with field technicians, dispatch, and permitting staff to ensure every job is ready, safe, and compliance
  • Identify scheduling issues early and help maintain project flow.
  • Support adherence to FDACS, NFPA 54/58, and local permitting standards.
  • Reinforce Propane Ninja’s commitment to safety, accountability, and service excellence in every customer interaction.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching, permitting coordination, or field operations in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, propane, or natural gas industries (required).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills — you can handle multiple moving parts at once.
  • Familiarity with compliance, permits, or inspections.
  • Experience using ERP or dispatch systems (Odoo a plus).
  • A steady hand under pressure and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
