WAPay: $20.50–$25.50 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: 25 hours per week — Monday, Tuesday (8:00AM–5:00PM) & Thursday (8:00AM–4:30PM)

Bridge Coordination Services, LLC. (BCS) provides information, education, and resources to victims of violence-related crimes and the law enforcement agencies which serve them. These services are provided through professional, compassionate, and respectful victim service practices. Since 2015, Bridge Coordination Services, LLC (BCS) has provided Domestic Violence Coordinator and Victim Coordinator contract services to Law Enforcement agencies in Snohomish County, WA.
BCS Victim Coordinators partner with law enforcement agencies and prosecutors to ensure that victims of crime — especially those impacted by intimate partner or family violence — receive the care, information, and advocacy they deserve.
Bridge Coordination Services, LLC (BCS) is seeking a dedicated professional for a part-time Victim Coordinator position. This role is ideal for someone looking for a long-term career supporting victims of crime, particularly those affected by intimate partner and family violence.
About the Role
Victim Coordinators serve as liaisons between law enforcement, victims, and prosecutors, helping bridge information gaps and ensuring victims have a voice throughout the criminal justice process. Core duties include:
Providing direct victim services such as safety planning, referrals, and case updates.
Offering education and support through trauma-informed care.
Assisting with protection orders and legal resources.
Coordinating communication between victims and investigators.
Maintaining accurate case documentation and reports.
Supporting community engagement and law enforcement training efforts.
Qualifications
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively and work within diverse communities.
Organizational skills with flexibility for emergent cases.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
Willingness to learn, attend trainings, and work occasional hours outside the standard schedule.
