Installation & Service Technician

What You'll Do:

• Install tissue and soap dispensers at client locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot dispenser issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with the Fine Solutions team to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work performed.
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Keep inventory of supplies and report shortages to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; IPAF certification is a must.
• Experience in installation and maintenance of dispensers and diffusers (or similar equipment).
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tools and handle on-site technical issues independently.
• Good communication skills for interacting with customers.
• Previous experience in installing or maintaining dispensers or similar equipment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to various client locations.
