Installation Supervisor

HIRING INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR_MODULAR KITCHEN

Supervision of Installation:

Oversee and guide installation teams at client sites for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and other modular furniture.

Ensure installation work adheres to approved drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Verify that all components are correctly assembled and installed as per the design layout.

Site Coordination:

Coordinate with clients, designers, and project managers to clarify design and technical queries.

Conduct site readiness checks before starting installation (civil, electrical, plumbing readiness).

Monitor material delivery and inventory at the site.

Quality Control:

Inspect installation quality and finish; ensure defect-free completion.

Identify and resolve on-site issues or discrepancies promptly.

Conduct final site handover with client satisfaction confirmation.

Team & Safety Management:

Manage the team of installers/carpenters and assign daily tasks.

Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on site.

Reporting:

Maintain daily progress reports and update project status to the office.

Report material shortages, damages, or rework requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil, Interior, or related field preferred.

3–6 years of experience in modular kitchen or interior installation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
