• The Role: Installation Technician (HVAC & Energy Systems)

*

• We’re seeking a skilled Installation Technician to install and service a variety of heating and cooling systems. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, values safety and precision, and wants to grow in a company that values their expertise.

• What you’ll do:
• Install and service natural gas, propane, A/C and oil systems
• Work with oil burners, piping, sheet metal, boilers, and furnaces
• Read and follow schematics and wiring diagrams
• Perform electrical wiring, soldering, and brazing
• Uphold Brooks Energy’s reputation for quality, safety, and honesty

What We’re Looking For

• Solid knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices
• Experience with gas, propane, and oil heating systems
• Skilled with burners, piping, sheet metal, boilers, and furnaces
• Competence in wiring, schematics, soldering, and brazing
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team setting
• EPA certification, HVAC license
• A mindset aligned with our values of growth, honesty, and impact

Compensation & Benefits

• $35 – $50 per hour (depending on experience and license)
