Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Installation Specialist to join our Installation Team. This is a field-based role involving onsite installation and setup of our POS systems, including software configuration, hardware setup, and user training for restaurant staff. In some cases, installations may be conducted remotely via Google Meet or other virtual tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client locations to install and configure POS software and hardware (printers, tablets, cash drawers, etc.).
• Provide onsite or remote training to restaurant staff on system usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation or configuration issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, client feedback, and technical issues.
• Assist in testing hardware or software before deployment.

Requirements:

• Experience in field support & technical installations.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues on the spot.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
• Familiarity with Windows OS, networking basics, and POS systems preferred.
• Own transport (mandatory).
