Location: South Florida (Broward / Miami-Dade / Palm Beach)

About Us

WeDoBathroomsLLC is a high-end Design & Build remodeling company specializing in bathroom renovations. We are a licensed Florida General Contractor (CGC-1539770) known for delivering code-compliant, system-driven builds backed by our 10-Year Wet Space Warranty.

We operate out of a 5,000 sq ft warehouse, run structured systems, and focus on Client Comfortability, Craftsmanship, and Integrity in every project.

This is not a handyman position.
We are looking for serious installers who want to be part of a professional, organized, and growing company.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Bathroom Installer / Remodel Technician who can execute high-level work in:

• Demolition
• Framing & backing
• Shower systems (Durock / HydroBan)
• Tile installation (large format + mosaics)
• Basic plumbing (relocations, valves, traps)
• Basic electrical (lights, outlets, fans)
• Finish work (trim, accessories, punch-out)

You will be working on full bathroom remodels from demo to finish, not patch jobs.

Required Experience

• 3+ years in bathroom remodeling or similar trades
• Experience with tile installation
• Experience with shower waterproofing systems (or willingness to learn our system)
• Familiarity with basic plumbing and electrical
• Ability to read layouts and follow build plans

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Experience with HydroBan or similar waterproofing systems
• Experience with Durock / cement board installs
• Experience working under permits and inspections
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)

Tools & Transportation

• Must have reliable transportation
• Tools will be provided
• Specialty tools are provided by company

Pay

Pay is based on experience and skill level.
