Installer for concrete coating company

Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled or trainable Concrete Coating Installer to join our installation crew. You’ll play a key role in transforming surfaces by prepping concrete, applying flake systems, and ensuring flawless finishes. Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation using grinders and other tools
• Repairing cracks and imperfections in concrete
• Mixing and applying polyurea/polyaspartic coatings
• Broadcasting decorative flakes and sealing surfaces
• Ensuring clean, detailed, and professional results
• Communicating clearly with team and customers
• Safely handling materials and tools
• Loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a clean job site

Skills

• Experience in concrete coatings, painting, construction, or flooring a plus but not required
• Basic mechanical or tool-handling knowledge a plus
• Ability to work with detail and efficiently

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
• Comfortable using power tools and equipment (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Punctual, dependable, and professional
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
