Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated Installer / Upfitting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and wants to build a lasting career in the automotive and upfitting industry. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay:
Compensation is negotiable and based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Complete vehicle upfits and van package installations
• Conduct basic mechanical diagnostics and repairs
• Assist with detailing and general shop duties as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Experience with tools and automotive work is a plus (but not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
