Key Responsibilities

Oversee transformation initiatives related to institutional readiness, in collaboration with strategic planning and institutional performance development consultants.
Anticipate future needs and propose development opportunities aligned with the social protection ecosystem and stakeholders’ expectations.
Analyze the current situation and submit strategic recommendations that enhance institutional excellence and improve operational efficiency.
Lead transformation initiatives from planning through execution and follow‑up, ensuring achievement of targeted performance indicators.
Strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance internal processes, and build an institutional culture that supports innovation and excellence.
Enhance the readiness of individuals and internal units through development programs that support an integrated and effective customer experience.
Improve policies and methodologies related to talent attraction and retention within the Fund.
Lead readiness assessments and manage improvement initiatives to ensure performance sustainability and service quality.
Improve operational processes by adopting modern tools and methodologies that enhance performance quality and streamline procedures.
Collaborate with transformation and innovation teams to ensure alignment of processes and systems with institutional strategies and global best practices.
Support the Fund’s compliance with national and international standards related to institutional readiness and operational excellence.
Participate in change management and the development of training programs that enhance employee skills and ensure adoption of new initiatives.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.


Requirements

Academic Qualifications and Professional Experience


A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, or an equivalent discipline relevant to the role.
A minimum of 7 years of professional experience after obtaining a Master’s degree, or
A minimum of 12 years of professional experience after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree.
Relevant professional certifications related to the job responsibilities are considered an added advantage.
Financial Grade: The financial grade for the position shall be determined in accordance with the applicable legal regulations at the time of appointment.
