Institutional Relations Coordinator

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–7 years in institutional relations, stakeholder engagement, government liaison, international conference delivery, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, public policy, communications, business administration, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Manage day-to-day working-level engagement with assigned stakeholders (relevant government entities, ITU counterparts, diplomatic missions, and partners as applicable) to progress IR requirements and close actions.
• Experience in multilateral/UN-style environments and protocol-adjacent coordination is an advantage.
• Experience in working with the Multicultural team and working with international conferences and events.
• Arabic and English required (French is an advantage).
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (Teams/SharePoint); strong comfort with trackers and reporting (Excel

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
