Institutional Sales Manager

We are looking for a results-driven Institutional Sales Manager to lead our institutional sales and oversee toll manufacturing initiatives. This role involves building long-term partnerships with Hospitals, Government Bodies, Educational Institutes, Corporate Sector, and Wellness Institutions while driving business growth through strategic sales, tender management, and toll manufacturing collaborations.

The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, relationship-building skills, project management capability, and a passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead institutional sales efforts, targeting hospitals, clinics, government organizations, NGOs, and wellness programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and negotiations to promote Nutrifactor’s products and solutions.
  • Manage and explore toll manufacturing opportunities to support product expansion and business growth.
  • Oversee the toll manufacturing project lifecycle, from planning to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure quality standards, timelines, and cost-effectiveness in all toll manufacturing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and progress tracking for toll manufacturing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, regulatory, supply chain, and production to ensure seamless delivery of institutional and manufacturing projects.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or healthcare sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Experience in project management or coordination with manufacturing partners will be considered an advantage.
