Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and organized Instructional Designer with expertise in Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and develop high-quality eLearning modules, while also serving as a collaborator and coach to fellow team members. The role requires a solid understanding of instructional design principles, strong technical skills, and the ability to integrate AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance learning design and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement engaging eLearning courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, Review, etc.) and Adobe products (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to create effective learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), clinical educators, and project stakeholders to gather content and align learning objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on design best practices, tools, and workflows.
• Leverage AI technologies to streamline content creation, enhance interactivity, and personalize learning experiences.
• Ensure all eLearning content meets quality, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve course effectiveness based on learner feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Healthcare Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in instructional design, eLearning, or related roles.
• Proven expertise with Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, coach, and guide team members in design principles and tools.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools (e.g., generative AI for content creation, adaptive learning design, automation in media production).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in healthcare or skilled nursing education preferred but not required.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
