Instructional Designer

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to collaborate with us on various client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and experience with tools like Articulate Storyline and Paradiso Authoring Tool. You will work closely with our team to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging learning modules for client projects
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective course development
• Utilize Paradiso Authoring Tool or Articulate Storyline for course creation

Skills Required:

• Expertise in Instructional Design Models and Theories
• Experience with Course Development and Content Creation
• Strong Writing and Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Multimedia Integration

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator

Tools Required:

• Articulate Storyline
• Paradiso Authoring Tool
• Camtasia

Project Details:

• Project Type: Complex project
• Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $60.00
• Hours: More than 30 hours/week
• Duration: 3 to 6 months

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

• How do you approach identifying learning needs and objectives for a course?
• What authoring tools have you worked with (e.g., Paradiso Authoring Tool, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, H5P)? How comfortable are you with them?
• If a client wants to make major changes to a course during development, how do you handle this situation?

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
