Role Description

As an Instructional Designer, you will join our team in Cairo, Egypt with a commitment to creating high-quality digital learning experiences for our clients. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the flexibility to work partly from home.

Responsibilities include designing and developing engaging training materials and storyboards to address the learning needs of diverse client bases, collaborating with subject matter experts and multimedia developers, and partnering with project managers and sales teams to deliver top-tier training products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in instructional design, educational technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience as an instructional designer in an e-learning environment
• Excellent understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and assessment methods
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects
