This position Provide comprehensive inductions for the new members of staff by providing them with the on site preparation and teaching upon their appointments. And to identify and close gaps in existing staff members' skills through instruction.
Your Role:

Create technical training programs aligned with company goals and requirements.

Use proven education principles and stay updated on new training methods and tools.

Identify knowledge and skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and assessments.

Choose appropriate formats (e.g., workshops, simulations, mentoring, e-learning).

Develop and maintain presentations, handouts, manuals, and other instructional content.

Onboard new hires with orientation sessions and company acclimation.

Conduct training and respond to staff queries regarding learning opportunities.

Measure training impact on employee performance and company KPIs.

Collect trainee feedback and assess instructional effectiveness.

Work with various departments to align training with business needs.

Manage learning management systems (LMS), upload content, and resolve technical issues.

Provide training evaluation reports and suggest enhancements for future programs.
Your Profile:
-
Pharmacist / Dentist
-
From 1-3 years' experience in his/her educational field.
-
Experience in medical Claims including PPO, RI and IP and/or authorizations activities in the insurance industry or a TPA/MSO company would be a plus.

Good Communication skills.

Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)

Industry knowledge related to local healthcare services system would be a plus
