Job Summary
The
Senior HR Specialist
is responsible for overseeing and executing HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that HR policies and practices support the company’s objectives while maintaining a positive and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company objectives.

Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling in compliance with Egyptian labor law.

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation evaluations, and offboarding processes.

Coordinate performance management and appraisal systems.
-
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and database updates.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (leaves, attendance, etc.).

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.

Support talent acquisition and training initiatives when required.

Provide HR reports and analytics to management for decision-making support.

Collaborate with department heads to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or a related field.

HR diploma or certification is a plus.

4+ years of experience
in
Human Resources
, preferably in the
Oil & Gas
or industrial sectors.

Strong background in HR operations and labor law implementation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information.

Solid understanding of
Egyptian Labor Law
and related HR legislation.

Experience in performance management and employee relations.

Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience using
HRIS or ERP systems
is an advantage.
