Are you a creative learning professional who loves turning complex business needs into engaging training experiences? Fleet Farm is looking for a talented Instructional Designer to develop innovative learning programs for our stores, distribution centers and corporate teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop interactive and engaging training programs that meet the needs of our store operations and Store Support Center.
  • Utilize a variety of training software tools to create e-learning modules, video tutorials, and in-person workshop materials.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather key information, asking the right questions to understand business requirements and training objectives.
  • Transform business processes and requirements into fun, interactive learning experiences that resonate with our Team Members.
  • Ensure all training materials are aligned with company standards and support a consistent learning culture across the organization.

Who You Are:

  • Proficient in using training software and e-learning development tools.
  • Skilled at translating business needs into creative and effective training content.
  • An excellent communicator who can engage with stakeholders to extract crucial information and turn it into actionable learning material.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about making learning both informative and enjoyable.
