Omni-bridge Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer with 8–10 years of experience in leading eLearning projects, collaborating with SMEs, and building innovative digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Conduct requirement gathering and training needs analysis with stakeholders.

⦁ Analyze course content and collaborate with SMEs to close content gaps

⦁ Design instructional strategies (eLearning, blended, gamification, simulations, microlearning).

⦁ Create content outlines, design documents, and storyboards (including assessments).

⦁ Establish writing standards and guidelines for different clients/projects.

⦁ Lead and mentor junior IDs and content writers.

⦁ Review content outlines, design documents, and storyboards created by team members.

⦁ Collaborate with graphics and tech teams on design elements and functionalities in the course.

⦁ Review functional courses (alpha, beta, and gold versions) and ensure quality and consistency across deliverables.

⦁ Audit functional courses that have been reviewed by team members.

⦁ Apply UX and accessibility standards for inclusive learning.

⦁ Drive innovation with AI, adaptive learning, and AR/VR-based solutions.

⦁ Provide ID inputs on proposals (solutioning, effort estimation, etc.)

Technical Skills (Good to know)

⦁ Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond.

⦁ Standards: SCORM, AICC, xAPI, WCAG, Section 508.

⦁ Platforms: Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Docebo.

Qualifications

⦁ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field.

⦁ Proven experience in team leadership, requirement gathering, and managing a team of IDs/writers.

⦁ Strong knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick Model.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
