Role: Instructional Designer

Type: Remote | Full-time

Contract duration: 3-6 months (extendable based on requirement & performance)

Required Experience: 2-4 years of Instructional design experience (corporate segment)

Start Date: Immediate or within 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
  • Design, develop, and implement instructional materials such as e-learning modules, facilitator guides, storyboards, assessments, and job aids.
  • Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, or similar) and adult learning theories to develop effective learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, graphic designers, and multimedia developers to create interactive and visually appealing content.
  • Develop content using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
  • Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational standards and branding.
  • Conduct pilot testing, gather feedback, and make revisions to improve learning effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on current trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and e-learning methodologies.

What We’re Looking For?

  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Rise, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and learner engagement.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
