Position: Business Lecturer

Location: Ajman

We are seeking a passionate Business Lecturer to design and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and educate students across various business disciplines. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to students’ academic success and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Conduct dynamic classroom lectures, discussions, and presentations that foster critical thinking and participation.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning and development.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enrich classroom content.
• Mentor and guide students academically and professionally.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years teaching experience in business-related subjects.
• Teaching certification or licensure in Business Education.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software.
• Ability to motivate students and foster academic excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
