We are urgently looking for Instructor – Culinary Arts for one of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Teach culinary techniques, including food preparation, cooking methods, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
- Plan and deliver practical and theoretical lessons in line with curriculum standards.
- Guide students in hands-on projects, assignments, and kitchen-based exercises.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the kitchen.
- Stay updated with culinary trends and industry practices to enhance teaching content.
Requirements:
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Practical experience in professional kitchens or culinary training.
- Ability to teach and mentor students effectively.
- Creativity, passion for food, and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
