Instructor – Culinary Arts

We are urgently looking for Instructor – Culinary Arts for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Teach culinary techniques, including food preparation, cooking methods, presentation, and kitchen hygiene.
• Plan and deliver practical and theoretical lessons in line with curriculum standards.
• Guide students in hands-on projects, assignments, and kitchen-based exercises.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the kitchen.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and industry practices to enhance teaching content.

Requirements:

• Diploma, certificate, or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Practical experience in professional kitchens or culinary training.
• Ability to teach and mentor students effectively.
• Creativity, passion for food, and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
