Job Purpose:
To deliver high-quality German language instruction to students, enabling them to achieve proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening, while supporting THF’s mission of skill development and employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging German language lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Teach all language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Prepare students for internationally recognized certifications (e.g., A1–B2 levels).
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and examinations in line with THF standards.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and evaluations.
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning.
- Encourage student participation and create an interactive classroom environment.
- Support extracurricular activities such as language clubs or cultural sessions.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure quality delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in German language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level preferred).
- 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in a vocational or academic setting).
- Fresh candidates with strong language proficiency may also be considered.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital learning tools.
