Instructor - German Language

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality German language instruction to students, enabling them to achieve proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and listening, while supporting THF’s mission of skill development and employability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging German language lessons aligned with curriculum objectives.
• Teach all language skills including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Prepare students for internationally recognized certifications (e.g., A1–B2 levels).
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Conduct assessments, quizzes, and examinations in line with THF standards.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and evaluations.
• Integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance learning.
• Encourage student participation and create an interactive classroom environment.
• Support extracurricular activities such as language clubs or cultural sessions.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure quality delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in German Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certification in German language proficiency (minimum B2/C1 level preferred).
• 1–3 years of teaching experience (preferably in a vocational or academic setting).
• Fresh candidates with strong language proficiency may also be considered.

• Classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital learning tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
