Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Healthcare Instructor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students, ensuring competency-based learning, and preparing them for healthcare-related careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in healthcare courses as per curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods.
• Ensure students acquire knowledge, technical skills, and workplace readiness.
• Establish professional linkages and arrange student visits with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
• Monitor student performance and provide guidance for improvement.
• Maintain industry standards in teaching and safety practices.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or relevant healthcare discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching/training or clinical experience in the healthcare sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish institutional relationships with hospitals and healthcare partners.
• Passion for teaching and student development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
