Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver laboratory-based instructional modules for students and trainees.
• Supervise daily laboratory operations to maintain safety and procedural standards.
• Train staff and students in using lab instruments and analytical techniques.
• Ensure compliance with biosafety, biohazard, and laboratory quality control policies.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure reliable results.
• Prepare and update laboratory protocols, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
• Evaluate student performance through practical assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate inventory management of reagents and consumables for laboratory activities.

Skill & Experience

• Strong knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and instrumentation techniques.
• Excellent teaching and mentoring abilities for diverse laboratory learners.
• Proven ability to maintain and calibrate complex lab equipment reliably.
• Solid understanding of biosafety, quality control, and laboratory regulations.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical ideas clearly and concisely.
• Organizational skills to manage resources, scheduling, and lab documentation effectively.

Note: Salary is disbursed in the local currency of the country of employment.
