Instructor - Masonary

The Hunar Foundation is dedicated to empowering youth by providing market-relevant vocational training and skills for sustainable employment. We are looking for a qualified and passionate Instructor (Masonry) to join our training team at RDMC Institute, Chaghi – Dalbandi, Nokkundi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical and theoretical training in Masonry in line with the curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
• Ensure a safe and effective learning environment during hands-on sessions.
• Mentor and support students in developing technical skills and workplace readiness.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to improve training methodologies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Certification in Masonry/Construction or relevant field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of industry or teaching experience in Masonry/Construction work.
• Strong technical expertise and practical know-how.
• Good communication and instructional skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
