Job Summary:
The Instructor – MS Office is responsible for delivering comprehensive training in Microsoft Office applications, enabling students to develop essential digital and workplace productivity skills. The role focuses on both theoretical understanding and practical application to enhance employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured training in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Conduct hands-on sessions to develop practical skills in document creation, data management, presentations, and email communication
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assignments in line with the curriculum
- Assess student performance through tests, projects, and practical evaluations
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and assessment documentation
- Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in MS Office tools
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth program delivery
- Assist in organizing workshops, presentations, and skill enhancement sessions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Certification in Microsoft Office or relevant IT certifications (preferred)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching or relevant industry experience
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in training or teaching will be an added advantage
