Job Overview:
The Instructor - Physiotherapy is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training to students, mentoring them in their academic and clinical development, and contributing to the enhancement of the physiotherapy program. This role requires expertise in physiotherapy techniques, a passion for teaching, and the ability to inspire future healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on training sessions in physiotherapy techniques and rehabilitation protocols.
• Develop lesson plans, course materials, and training manuals that align with the curriculum and industry standards.
• Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical examinations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Mentor students to enhance their clinical skills and prepare them for professional practice.
• Oversee student internships and clinical rotations, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
• Collaborate with academic teams to design, review, and update the physiotherapy curriculum, integrating the latest advancements in the field.
• Maintain records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy lab equipment and recommend new tools or resources as needed.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs to stay updated on educational and clinical practices.
• Contribute to the overall improvement of the physiotherapy program by sharing insights and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical or teaching experience in physiotherapy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in physiotherapy tools and equipment.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students, with a commitment to ethical conduct and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
