Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Trainers/ Instructors, based in Kuwait, for a part-time role to join our growing team. The Trainer/ Instructor will be responsible for facilitating training programs, developing curriculum, and assessing participants' progress in his/her area of expertise to create a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that participants gain valuable skills and knowledge. Additionally, the Trainer/ Instructor will stay current with industry trends, customize training sessions to meet specific clients’ needs, and provide feedback to continuously improve the training content and delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to customize training sessions based on client needs and industry trends.
• Proven experience as a Trainer/ Instructor or trainer (A minimum of 3 years is preferred).
• Active Credential/ Certification status from the Institute.
