Minimum Requirement for both categories

· Degree in Instrumentation & Control /Electrical Engineering or Equivalent.

· Should have Qatar Energy (Mega Oil & Gas Project) Experience. At least 10 years’ experience required. Experience Certificate Must.

· INSTRUMENT COMMISSIONING ENGINEER- should have expert knowledge and experience in designs/reviewing designs, creating test plans, conducting loop checks, resolving issues, and updates instrumentation system layouts, loop diagrams, instrument cable schedules, data sheets, instrument index sheets, I/O lists, installation drawings, etc., engineering design including calculations / analysis as per project requirements. Prepares and updates material take-off for project procurement and bid proposals (if required). Drafts engineering documents for government submission and for construction.

· Ensure instruments and control systems are installed, tested, calibrated and functioning correctly.

· Adheres to ISO quality requirements in the execution of works. Ensuring compliance with Project standards for safe and efficient operation.

· INSTRUMENT COMMISSIONING SUPERVISOR - should have in-depth knowledge and experience in installation, testing, equipment, instrument cable schedules, data sheets, instrument index sheets, I/O lists, installation drawings, etc.,

· Able to manage the safe and efficient setup, testing and handover of instrumentation and control systems to field teams to perform loop checks, calibrations and functional tests.

· Develop detailed commissioning procedures, supervising technicians and coordinating with engineering teams.

· Able to developing procedures, managing punch lists and producing certification documents for client/Project team.

· Should have own valid QID (FREELANCER).

· Should be locally available in Qatar.

· Work Location : Ras Laffan, Qatar

Preferred Qatar Energy Approved/ Oil & Gas Projects Experience candidates.
