Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation & Control Manager to lead instrumentation design initiatives, oversee compliance frameworks, and align control strategies with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver robust automation solutions that support growth and long-term competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Instrumentation Design: Lead the design and implementation of instrumentation systems across industrial projects.
• Control Systems: Oversee PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems integration.
• Project Oversight: Manage engineering teams, schedules, and deliverables to ensure project success.
• Risk Management: Identify instrumentation risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GCC regulations, ISO standards, and safety requirements.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of advanced automation tools, IoT integration, and digital engineering practices.
• Collaboration: Partner with operations, quality, and project managers to align control solutions with business objectives.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and foster a culture of accountability and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• 12+ years of instrumentation and control engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation frameworks and GCC industrial environments.
• Expertise in automation software (Siemens PCS7, Honeywell Experion, Rockwell Automation) and control system design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Experience in multinational or regional engineering organizations preferred.
