Instrumentation Engineer - (Ankleshwar Location)

1. Looking an Instrumentation Engineer at-least 4 - 5 years of work experiences.

2. Candidates should have a B.E. Instrumentation from a reputed university.

3. Age criteria within 26 to 35 years and fluency in English.

4. Nearby location candidates from the company will be an added advantage.

5. Experience in Programming and automation is required.

6. Knowledge of PLC SCADA Experience required.

7. Field Instrument experience required.

8. Knowledge of Flow Meter/Magnetic Flow meter/vortex flow meter, Analyzer,

9. MS office Excel and SAP knowledge.

KPA of Instrumentation engineer

Making PM Schedules of All PlantEquipment in cooperation with Supervisor

Executing PM schedules as per the plan

Recording of all PM activities & storing them

Daily visiting all area/plant along with area/plant in-charge to know the difficulties in the operation

Plan to attend above activities & attend them in minimum possible time

Carrying out shutdown activities as per list within the stipulated time schedules

Making shutdown report & sending to concerned people

Attending Breakdown activities at the earliest possible and supervising the Technicians

Analyzing & suggesting remedial action to prevent recurrence of breakdown, circulating reports & storing them.

Preparing critical spare lists & making them available in store well in advance.

Making consumable & normal spares list & ensure them in stores all the time

Following safe work practices in & around plant

Inculcating safe work practices to co-employees

Maintaining good housekeeping practice as soon as maintenance activities are completed

Taking safe work permit for any job from operations & closing them as soon as job is completed

Closing SAP notifications with proper data

Working on SAP system for necessary update & records

Making & Implementing ISO procedures as per standard guidelines

Maintaining & keeping Documents as per Standards

Logging all activities carried out in the shift

Maintaining good interpersonal relation with inter department or organization

Following proper communication system in dealing with co employees

Training of Technicians in handling their job

While visiting plant identifying any problems, plan rectifying them

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
