Job Description:

As an Attic Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for installing blown-in or batt insulation in attics, ensuring proper coverage, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. This role requires working in tight and warm spaces, making it ideal for someone comfortable with physical labor and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install blown-in or batt insulation in attics following company standards.
• Remove old insulation when necessary.
• Ensure insulation is applied evenly and efficiently for maximum energy savings.
• Work in tight, enclosed attic spaces while following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site during and after installation.
• Work as part of a crew and follow supervisor instructions.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in hot, dusty, and confined attic spaces for extended periods.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Experience in insulation or construction is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
