Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Account Representative based in Denver, CO. The role involves assisting clients with managing their insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting policy reviews, processing updates, generating sales opportunities, and ensuring customers understand their coverage options. The position also involves identifying potential new clients and contributing to the overall growth of the agency.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management and Sales with the ability to build customer relationships and identify client needs.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Experience in Training others and fostering a collaborative, supportive work environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools and software; knowledge of insurance systems is a plus.
  • State insurance licensing is required or must be obtained within a specified time frame upon hire.
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry or financial services is a plus but not required.
