Work Setting:

  • Fully Remote Option: This position may also be performed fully remotely. Candidates choosing the remote option must have a suitable home office environment, reliable internet access, and be able to maintain State Farm licensing and compliance requirements. Occasional in-person meetings or training sessions may be required.
Position Overview:

The Account Associate position has three main roles: communicate with potential customers and write insurance. You will be expected to:

  • Establish customer relationships
  • Educate customers about insurance options
  • Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

Qualifications:

  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, written, and verbal

Requirements:

  • Property/Casualty License
  • Life/Health License
  • State Farm Experience (Preferred), but no experience necessary
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals
Compensation:

  • Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation with commission: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Weekly Schedule: Monday to Friday

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
