Your Role: What You’ll Do
You’ll be the heartbeat of our agency’s growth. Every day is different, but you can expect to:

• Be the connection
• Build real relationships with clients and prospects
• Make outbound calls & follow up to help people protect what matters
• Learn to provide Auto, Home, Life, Renters & more (no license needed — we’ll help you get one!)
• Drive results
• Set sales goals and REACH them
• Master our sales process and learn skills that will benefit you your entire career
• Identify opportunities to help customers save money and stay protected
• Bring our brand to life
• Represent Iverson State Farm with confidence, professionalism, and positive energy
• Support the Team
• Welcome clients into the office and make them feel valued
• Prepare quotes, service client accounts, coordinate follow-ups
• Collaborate daily with a supportive team that wants you to win

Who You Are

• A people person who loves conversation
• Confident, positive, and not afraid to take initiative
• Goal-oriented + motivated by growth
• Organized, reliable, and coachable
• Comfortable on social media (bonus if you enjoy creating content!)
• Ready to learn insurance (we’ll cover training + licensing)

No insurance experience? Totally fine. If you bring the hustle, we’ll teach you the rest.
