About the Program: Our Sales Associate Training Program is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in the insurance industry. Over the course of one year, you will receive paid training to earn your insurance licenses and develop the skills necessary to succeed as a Sales Associate. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and have the opportunity to work on real projects that make a difference in our agency and community.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking confident, accountable individuals who are effective communicators with strong active listening skills. If you are passionate about helping others and are committed to continuous self-improvement, you may be a great fit for our team.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay range of $36,000 - $75,000 per year
