Job Purpose:
The Insurance Agent should promote, pitch, and close car insurance policies for vehicle buyers and sellers, ensuring customer understanding of insurance options and facilitating sales to enhance revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify clients’ insurance needs and financial goals.
- Promote and sell car insurance policies.
- Coordinate with insurers, recovery agents, and finance partners.
- Educate customers on insurance options and coverage.
- Manage policy proposals, paperwork, and underwriting compliance.
- Follow up and review insurance policies periodically.
- Implement strategies to increase insurance sales and revenue.
- Maintain professional communication and relationships.
- Keep updated on insurance products and UAE regulations.
Education & Qualifications
- A General Secondary Certificate (high school diploma) is required.
- 2 years of relevant practical insurance experience.
- Strong communication skills to explain insurance policies and address client queries.
- Completion of regulatory licensing exams and required training programs.
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Detailed knowledge of insurance products, policies, and UAE regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex insurance scenarios.
- Honesty and integrity to build trust and provide transparent information.
- Willingness to continuously learn about new products and market changes.
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
